Please do not return items without prior contacting our office. You may only return unused products in original packing for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase reception.

In Europe we ship with GLS – so after you contacted us we’ll order a return shipment. Please pack in the unused products in the original package. GLS will pick it up and give it back to us. Once we have approved the return shipment, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation that the invoice amount will be credited to your account in the next few days. You will receive this amount by the same method with which you paid for your purchase.

Please take note that you may only use the products for the purposes of testing such as an in store check that they really fit (clothing). Snowboards have to be in the original package (with plastic wrap). We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.

The SG SNOWBOARDS Online Shop only accepts the return of products that were also purchased in the Online Shop.
